Thea is an occupational medicine registrar with expertise in workplace assessments, fitness for work assessments, injury management, health monitoring and corporate medical advice.

Dr. Leman has worked extensively with multi-national Mining, Oil & Gas, and Health Care Companies throughout Australia. Thea is also a Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB) Authorised Health Practitioner (AHP) and a Registered Doctor for Oil and Gas UK (OGUK).

Since commencing her specialist training in occupational and environmental medicine in 2017, she has completed a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health.

Thea initially graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Radiation, Nuclear Medicine. She then worked in WA as a nuclear medicine scientist prior to studying medicine at University of Notre Dame . She completed her medical degree in 2010.
