Charli brings extensive experience in tertiary hospitals, remote and underground mining operations, and major resource development projects throughout Australia and internationally. With more than 30 years in the mining industry, she has held clinical leadership roles, including Nurse Team Lead, and has comprehensive expertise in occupational health, emergency response, workforce wellbeing, and site-based healthcare delivery.

Charli holds a Diploma in Work Health and Safety, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue.

Throughout her career, she has actively worked in work health and safety, emergency management, training, and workforce development across the mining sector. Her combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and industry knowledge enables her to deliver practical, high-quality healthcare and support to workforces operating in complex, challenging, and remote environments.
