Bec has over 15 years of nursing experience across a diverse range of healthcare settings, including Emergency, General Practice, Psychiatry, Cosmetics, and Oncology.

She has also held leadership roles as Nurse Manager across five medical centres in Perth, where she developed extensive experience in clinical operations and team management.

With more than five years of experience working on Rio Tinto sites, Bec has developed a strong appreciation for the diversity and unique challenges of the mining sector.
